OVERVIEW:

BEFORE JULY 31^ST 2023

• Investment in Real Estate with a minimum value of €250,000 (+VAT)*
  * as long as a deposit of 10% is paid before the end of July 2023 and the final contract is signed and full amount is paid by the end of December 2023 

AFTER AUGUST 1^ST 2023

• Investment in Real Estate with a minimum value of €500,000 (+VAT) in the areas of: Central Athens, Southern Athens, Northern Athens & in some areas in Thessaloniki, Santorini, and Mykonos.
  OR: Investment in Real Estate with a minimum value of €250,000 (+VAT) in the other areas of Greece.

• The Golden Visa is renewable every five years as long as the applicant still owns at the time of application the same property (cannot sell it)
  
  
• Granted to the applicant, the spouse, both their parents and children up to the age of 21
  
  
• 30-60 days procedure from the application submission date
